We typically start working with a client on one distinct problem (e.g. a new Analytics implementation) and then quickly demonstrate the value of broader engagement (e.g. by delivering impactful insight based on newly reliable data or by setting up a few quick win CRO/P tests).
The cornerstone of all our services is accurate data, matched with evolving business needs & trusted by the entire organisation.
The Role
- Engineers (people who write code)
90% of time spent on your subject matter
10% of time spent on calls & comms
- Enablement Leads (people who manage client accounts)
40-60% of time spent on primary subject matter expertise (e.g. Analytics)
15-25% of time spent on secondary subject (e.g. CRO program planning)
15-45% of time spent managing clients & your delivery team (increasing with seniority)
- Enablement Specialists (somewhere in the middle - typically managing individual projects within accounts) << this is the role we’re looking for here
More time for primary subject
Secondary subject is not required but will be arranged if desired

This Role - Senior/ Base/ Junior Enablement Specialist (QA specialism)
Responsibilities
In this role you will report to a Senior Enablement Specialist, who will support you on all tasks and ensure you’re getting the best possible support from the team to deliver for our clients & accelerate your career. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing the delivery of tasks related specifically to your primary subject area:
Data Collection Quality Assurance (inc. analytics implementation)
Following and updating as necessary, detailed solution design reference documents
Contributing and adhering to implementation/deployment plans
Configuring the tools (Report Suites, eVars and Props etc)
Delivering Quality Assurance using various techniques.
Working with the internal and external team members to deliver the implementation process.
Working with the internal team members and client stakeholders to ensure all parties are completing their tasks following QA i.e. the client’s devs have made necessary changes to the Data Layer or DMPG TMS Devs have made necessary changes to the tagging.
Supporting the development team to ensure QA is completed to the highest standard
Creating segments, calculated metrics and performance dashboards, when required, to ensure all reporting deliverables are achieved.
Your ESSENTIAL skills and experience
Technical
AA: 3 + years Adobe Analytics, including extensive use of admin functions & reporting - Report Suite types, Configuration inc. internal URLs and Marketing Channel Processing Rules.
Understanding of AA variables - eVars, Props, Events, Merchandising eVars and events (Product string).
Data ingestion and classification methods - SAINT classifications, Classification Rule Builder, Data Sources, Processing Rules, Customer Attributes.
Data extraction methods - Data Warehouse, Report Builder.
Confidence testing AA implementations via AppMeasurement and WebSDK implementation methods.
Experience designing AA implementations and briefing developers on Tagging and Data Layer requirements.
Experience of
QA: Substantial experience from prior implementations of Adobe Analytics.
AEP Platform Debugger: Substantial experience using the debugger for QA of Adobe Solutions.
Extensions: experience using Extensions, such as Omnibug, to QA Marketing Technology Tags.
Observepoint: some form of experience using observepoint, or other such automated validation tools.
TMS: Working knowledge of a tag management system at the conceptual / use case level
Data Layers: Experience working with Data Layers and knowledge of how to test the functionality of a Data Layer.
Developer Tools: Substantial experience in using developer tools.
App: Experienced in QA of data collection from mobile apps using solutions such as Charles Proxy or Adobe’s Assurance (Project Griffon).
Proficient in google / microsoft office tools inc. spreadsheets and slide decks

Strong verbal + written communication skills, for internal task receipt & delivery
Excellent task management skills & comfort triaging a long task list
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team environment
Sense of humour
Desirable
GA4 QA experience
QA of testing solutions - specifically Adobe Target - to include implementation, data collection and Test/Activity configuration.
QA of Marketing Pixels and Server-Side requests
Working knowledge of CDPs
Experience of working directly with clients, in a client-facing role.
